Are you dealing with a life-changing illness or injury? Is a disability or chronic pain affecting your outlook on life? Are you caring for someone who is ill or aging? If so, now may be the best time to connect with a psychotherapist such as Diane Simoni. Diane provides a compassionate shoulder to lean on as you uncover hidden personal strengths, reinforce your healthy coping skills, and discover new ways to thrive.
The focus is on your increased resilience in the face of life's challenges. Together we create an individualized plan of care
targeting your specific goals.
My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you can be in your life.
Psychotherapy is a process where a licensed clinician assists you to meet your personal goals. Your goals may be about improving the way you think, feel, or act. Or, they may be targeted toward handling grief or difficult life circumstances. Challenges in life can overwhelm your coping skills and bring about signs or symptoms that are bothersome to you, to your loved ones, or are preventing you from doing your best in work, school, or other parts of your life. Clinical Hypnosis can be, but isn't always, a part of that process. Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnosis can go hand in hand to help you effectively and efficiently reach your goals.
